We offer a 3-day return policy. To be eligible, you must initiate your return request within 3 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with an unboxing video. We’ll review the issue and take quick action to resolve it.
Need something else? The fastest way is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund (excluding delivery charges & 4% COD tax) will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
